Our ice dyeing process is a natural wonder and works best on natural fibers. These include:
What We Can Dye
The dye we use has an affinity for natural fibers. While we can dye blends containing synthetic fibers, the final result may appear more muted, particularly in fabrics containing less than 80% natural fibers. The brilliance of ice dyeing truly shines when it gets to play with 100% natural fibers.
Do note that new items may experience 1-3% shrinkage after dyeing due to the heat used in the process. Rest assured, we take the utmost care to preserve the integrity and size of your items.
