RETURNS

Ohio Drip prides itself on customer satisfaction as our mission is to make your life colorful. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn item in the original condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund. After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Ohio Drip will not accept returned items with any signs of wear or without the original packaging.

All sales are final on "special items" - no refunds or exchanges - only store credit.

We will not accept any returns sent by post without prior written communication. To request a return, please contact us at contactus@ohiodrip.com

All returns must be in new, unworn condition. Upon inspection, a refund, store credit, or exchange will be provided.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless informed otherwise.

We do not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods while they are in transit from the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return item(s) are packaged and delivered intact, unworn and in original purchased condition, and we strongly recommend using an appropriate carrier with a tracking system. If any matters of liability arise, they will be dealt with and settled between the customer and the return shipping company directly.

EXCHANGES

Wrong size ordered? No problem, you can exchange for the correct size within 7 days of receiving your item. All items are one of a kind, so there is a chance we may not have something similar. In that case, we will provide store credit. This applies for full-priced items. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and have the tags still on it. Sale, discounted item, custom or altered items are final sale and aren't able to be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
